* Guests are required to check-in and check-out directly at their rooms with the room number and password provided.
* Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is by 11 am.
* Please stay the same number of people as reserved (except for children under 2 years old who do not need extra beds or bedding), we do not accept extra beds and bedding on the day of check-in.
* No party use is allowed.
* Smoking is not allowed in the room, please smoke on the balcony, littering is strictly prohibited.
* Slippers will be provided. Please remove your shoes at the entrance.
* No pets are allowed.
* Cleaning is done once per guest, bed making is done once per guest, and towels are changed once per guest.

＊About noise
This apartment is close to the railroad, so if you are sensitive to noise, please refrain from staying here since we do not want to have bad reputations because of the noise.

＊Please note that there is a time limit on the use of hot water.
This room uses an electric water heater with a 150-liter tank. If you leave the hot water running when showering, you can use it for about 45 minutes. If you run out of hot water, the water will be heated at midnight for ecological reasons, and you can use it from the next morning. Please be careful when using the hot water for three people.
