Our home is recommended for 1 or 2 people. (3 if you are desperate) You will have the entire first floor, our family live on the upper floors and it is a shared entrance. The room has a kitchenette which has a sink, IH cooker and microwave. Kitchen equipment is provided. A peaceful and lovely neighbourhood near Yoyogi park.

The room sleeps 2 comfortably (3 is a squeeze but we can accommodate in an emergency). All amenities are provided and please do not hesitate to ask if there is something you are looking for.

Easy walking distance to Shibuya, Harajuku and Shinjuku and great access to trains and buses.

We also have a free library shelf, please help yourself to any of the books on the shelf and feel free to leave any books there for future guests.

If you wish to have anything sent to our home it is absolutely fine but please tell me first so I can confirm that you have the correct address details and my phone number in case the courier has any questions.

Guest access

Guests have the entire first floor which includes a bedroom, well-equipped kitchenette, jacuzzi bath, shower, Japanese washlet toilet and washer/dryer. No need to climb stairs.

Interaction with guests

You'll have the place all to yourself and we won't bother you. But we are available should you need advice or have questions. We live on the upper floors of the house. We've lived in Tokyo for 16 years, so we are happy to help and share our knowledge of this amazing city. Husband is gluten free and has experience of gluten free living in Japan.

Other things to note

Our family includes a cat, we will do our best to keep him out of the guest area but there is a chance he may come for a visit.
You are most welcome to have items delivered to our home, please contact us first so I can give you our full address details and contact phone number for the delivery.
It is not cheap to get a replacement key cut, if you lose the house key there will be a charge of 7000yen. If you lose the mobile wifi the charge is 15,000yen. Thank you for your understanding.
